The Weave Lady has a NO RETURN/NO CANCELLATION/NO EXCHANGE/NO REFUND policy, at NO time for any reason do we give refunds, unless it's a mistake on our end.  If you have a concern about your order please use our Contact Us form to explain any issue you may be having and someone will contact you concerning your issue within 24 hours. Please be sure of what you are ordering before checking out. However if you by chance hit the wrong button or hit the button too many times that issue would be exchanged as long as you notify customer service before the order is sent out.
